TiVo Stream 4K
TiVo devices have no Downloader app, so the workaround is to install through a TV browser. Grab BrowseHere from the Google Play Store (it is listed as "Browser TV Web - BrowseHere" by TCL), open it, and allow every permission it asks for. Storage and media access matters most here, since the browser cannot save the app file without it.
Then open this page inside BrowseHere:
Use the up and down buttons on your remote to move down to the Android section above, then select any of the download buttons. Nothing needs to be typed out, which saves fighting with the keyboard autocorrect changing your links.
Open the file once it finishes downloading. Android will ask about installing apps from this source, so switch BrowseHere on and press Back. If you get a message that the app may be harmful or that the install was blocked, select More details and then Install anyway.
Download the IPTV Smarters app from your TV's app store.
