Login Failed – Android or Fire TV Devices
There are a few options to resolve logging in. In most cases, there is an issue with your internet provider blocking the service. You can use downloader and input the url https://dns.applinks.dev then download and install the app. Once installed, allow the connection to the vpn then enable the service. Try launching the app again ad see if this reolves the issue logging in. For additional specific isp resolutions, see the following.
Spectrum
For Spectrum customers, Security Shield is enabled by default on your Advanced Home WiFi service. However, you can turn off and turn on this feature as you wish using My Spectrum App.
Go to the Services & Equipment tab, and select Security Shield.
Then switch the Security Shield toggle on or off as desired.
Confirm decision.
Verizon
For Verizon customers, Verizon Fios Security Enhancement needs to be disabled.
To turn off a Verizon Fios security enhancement, log in to your “My Verizon” account online, navigate to your internet service settings, and locate the “Home Network Protection” option (or similar depending on the specific enhancement), then toggle the switch to “Off.”
Xfinity
For Xfinity customers, you need to disable the xFi Advanced Security setting.
To turn off Xfinity xFi Advanced Security, log into your Xfinity account, navigate to the “Security” tab, select “Advanced Security”, and then choose “Turn Off” within the settings; this can be done through the Xfinity app or on the website.
AT&T
For AT&T customers, AtciveArmor needs to be cancelled. The article below provides steps to resolve the issue.
